The Fellows Program is made up of several components: community, study, service, and work. Each of these finds its place throughout the week. Monday through Thursday, Fellows work at their respective paid internships. Friday is spent in classes and at a leadership luncheon catered by Café 4. Service, small groups, and community prayer are tailored for each class.

Fellows study the narrative of the Scriptures, a story in which each will discover their part to play. Ten months of weekly classes instructed by resident scholars equips each Knoxville Fellow with 12 hours of seminary credit.
